4.5 star ratingLove the lobby. Very pleasing visually. Bed extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the sound effects machine to induce sleep. Free Wifi worked quite well.Staff always friendly and helpful. Walkway to convention center long and not very climate controlled, but welcome in inclement weather. Overall very favorable. The negative items reported below are quite small ones.The bathrroms in the corner tower rooms are quite small. Fine for me, but some might find them too restrictive. And it's perhaps a small point, but an hour or two of tv in the evening is my only break from work, and I was disappointed that the on screen viewing guide was wrong more often than not, and a significant number of identified channels came up "Channel not available" when access attempted. Lastly, there should be signs in the stairwells at the registration lobby level. I like to use stairs going down, but my knees make it very difficult to climb. I had been using the stairs down to the main lobby daily and one day decided to keep going to the street level. The only exit there was an alarmed "emergency only" door, which meant I had to climb three half-flights of stairs back up to exit. Very painful and ridiculously unnecessary. A simple "Emergency exit only below this level" sign would suffice.UncleLou21 May 2013
