4.0 star ratingThe hotel is set in beautiful grounds that are kept immaculate. The overall feel is of a tropical oasis. The choice and variety of the breakfast is the best I have ever experienced. Nice friendly staff too.The bedrooms are small and too basically furnished for a 5*. They were definitely functional rather than luxurious, the worst problems being the incredibly hard mattress on the bed. The design of the room is also poor as you have to squeeze around the tv to get out of the balcony door. The open plan bathroom may also be appealing for singles or honeymoon couples but for those with families it becomes an unnecessary nightmare. The simple solution would be to fit a separate toilet door. Final moan is that the patio doors fit badly so let Mosquitos and a whole lot of noise in. Cliffy17 July 2013
4.5 star ratingExcellent location and great facilities. The pool and the waterslide is an extra bonus for the kids. Kind, service-minded and attentive staff. Food is "aroy" but too expensive includding ++.Slightly caothic at breakfast due to too small restaurant area.Family with children19 August 2014
2.0 star ratingRestaurant waiters/waitress doesn't know basic table setting, no basic knowledge on drink order, insufficient training is in obviously. Quality is dropping tremendously per other hotel guests' comment. Hotel facilities is outdated. No more next trip to Hua Hin and mostly likely not consider Hyatt group. Bad trip here at all.
