4.5 star ratingStayed here for 1 night whilst connecting through DFW, you can use the free transfer to/from any terminal using the shuttle bus, clean, well equipped and convenient. Professional Service.Not the easiest of walks from Terminal C through the car park (up and down stairs). Some noise through the window room from the aircraft.Anonymous 09 March 2015
3.0 star ratingThis hotel looks like it has seen it's best days. The new Hyatt Grand is right in the airport and much more convenient. We had the buffet - mediocre salad bar, and few other choices for $15.95 each - with a beer, our bill came to over $50. Carpets were stained - the coffee maker still had used coffee grounds in it. It's set up for one-night stands for people waiting for their next-day flights.MexDennis19 July 2015
4.5 star ratingSiisti lentokenttähotelli, joka kantaa laatuketjunsa nimeä kunniakkaasti. Aulan ravintolassa hyvää ja kohtuuhintaista ruokaa. Lentokenttähotellissa tärkeää on shuttle-kuljetusten sujuvuus eli lentokentän saavutettavuus. Ne eivät tällä kertaa oikein sujuneet. Kentälle tullessa kävelimme C-terminaalista matkalaukkuinemme parkkihallin läpi lukuisat portaat hotelliin. Hotellissa selvisi, että olisimme voineet kutsua shuttlen hakemaan. Aamuyön kuljetuksista sanottiin, että klo 4 lähtisi ensimmäinen. Kuljetukset kuitenkin kulkivat läpi yön, koska varttia vaille neljä lähtenyt kuljetus oli jo niin täynnä, että jäimme rannalle. Seuraavastakin osa jäi odottamaan seuraavaa shuttlea. Selvästikään kapasiteettia ei ollut riittävästi. JK02 August 2015
