5.0 star ratingAwesome hotel awesome staff .. got a upgrade to a suite from the nice ladies on the check in, (sorry I lost the paper with the names ) but I think it was Suzanne and Deloris) very nice clean room with a brilliant view. The staff didn't bother us at all very pleasant staff. The bed and amenities were brilliant. 15 min walk from southall station and train to Paddington which then connects to the city . Took us 40mins in all to get to the city. A lot of halal food places which are like 5 mins walk away. Heathrow airport was like 15 mins drive away with traffic .. if no traffic then I think a lot less ... Overall a brilliant stay would recommend.None at all Umar02 April 2017
