4.0 star ratingStaff was very helpfull and smiling. When I arrive, there where some problems in the room after previous visitors, and they fixed everything immediatelly, I didn't have to call twice to reception. The cleaning in the room was every day, the cleaning lady was doing her work perfectly. The bathroom is good, everithing works, hot and cold water is always in the tap. The most strange thing was the fridge, it looked, like it was made many years ago and participated in WWII, and firstly I thought it was broken, because it didn't make any sound, anyway I put there some bottles and later was surprised to find them cold. I don't know what secret techologies this fridge uses, but never heard even a little noize from there. Breakfast is like every other breakfast in Bulgaria, but they have good coffe machine and it's a real coffe, but not a coloured water. The hotel has a good wifi in lobby and bar area. I stayed in 4 and 3 star hotels in Bulgaria and wifi was much slower there. The hotel is very close to bus station, so you can go to Burgas, Varna or whatever you want. The city bus is also stops near to hotel and you can go to Nessebar or Ravavda or Elenite. The hotel has a pool which is not too big, but seemed clean. Actually, this is best 2* hotel that I have stayed in, probably even beter then many 3*. The reception desk looks very used and cheap. Near elevators there are some strange signs, like: “don’t bring the glass bottles, if you bring you will pay 100lv”, etc. There is no special place for drying towels, etc in the room. They could, at least put some rope at the balcony. The pillows are too thin. Furniture is very simple, and its design reminds me furniture from kindergarden. I didn't like the sausages served for breakfast. And didn't like that they cover beds with some heavy covers, which I doubt to be washed after each visitor like a bed linen.Mick04 August 2015

3.5 star ratingSaimme pienen huoneen sijaan 2 huoneen asunnon. Siisti yleisilme, iso parveke ja pieni jääkaappi. Lapsen kanssa mukava ja melko rauhallinen sijainti.Wifi vain vastaanotossa. Kylpyhuoneissa hieman likaa kun saavuimme. Sängyn patjat hieman vanhat ja notkolla. Nimetön 15 July 2016
