4.5 star ratingI was very impressed with all of the staff they were helpful, informative and very happy professionals. The room was very well appointed and the bed probably the most comfortable I've slept in. The continental breakfast was excellent with a superb selection of fruit. Only slight grumble was the lack of fresh vegetables for my personal taste on the dinner menu. Many thanks for a wonderful stay 08 November 2013

3.0 star ratingThe architecture, details, and colors are all nice and modern with classic elements throughout. I like the staff, very professional and nice.The rooms are not as functional or spacious as I would like...the shower with the half glass divider is kind of odd -- no matter what, water hits the floor; even aiming the shower head towards the wall water still splatters on the floor. The sliding doors to the bathroom is also odd and way too close to the bed area. There seem to be no vents for the bathroom, so if anyone decides to do anything other than urinate, it will filter into the room. The bed was hard for a king. I wasn't really a fan of the pet friendliness of the hotel as well. Found some animal hairs on my bed. I would recommend to find a more traditional hotel chain if you are going to be in the area with family or a spouse. I felt for the amount of money spent on this boutique hotel, I could have been in a suite twice as big with better accommodations. I chose this hotel thinking the high ratings and prestigious look would be worth the money...it really isn't, and I have been to quite a few nice hotels. Anonymous 22 September 2015
