5.0 star ratingafter arriving to no hot water and no electric, the manager had made reservations with the hotel Rex on the opposite side of the martyrs square for us.He personally took us there and sorted out all our rooms ,so although we didn,t stay in the Hotel Libertad the service given by them was excellent.Also they arranged for us to return there the next day for us to wait for our Taxi,s to return to Guardalavaca.(The first 4 review fields don,t apply but the rating won,t register if not filled in)we arrived to find the hotel had no electric and no hot water,through no fault of the hotel but due to the local council digging up the whole square to relay power cables for a a festival at the weekendCubafun12 July 2017
