2.5 star ratingThe hotel was in a good central location; the room was spacious.$$ the toilet seat was missing and it was only fixed on the third day (out of fourth) of my stay mainly due to me insisting on it to be done. there was an unbearable smell of sewage in the toilet which was extremely unpleasant $$ the receptionist was practically living there as he was the only one person whom I saw there throughout the whole stay. he was nice when things were fine but didn't want to take responsibility when they didn't (i.e. broken toilet seat). $$ and finally, the breakfast.. one can't call it a breakfast!! there was a white toast, one type of jam and not very nice coffee (in Italy!). I am really not bothered about the breakfast (and that's why I haven't had any) but felt cheated that I was supposedly staying in the hotel with breakfast.magdalu30 October 2012
