2.5 star ratingHousekeeping wich was very nice (ms Libertad was very sweet and attentive) The (lack of) service was a disgrace. Staff at reception were extremely unhelpful and rude. They refused to help with online check in for the flight, (I have never experienced that no matter where in the world) instead I was pointed to a computer to pay 1€ per 10 minutes internet. The cranky old man at reception pointed at his computer saying "this is for working" (!). Appearantly they don't consider customer service as their work... They said they could only help confirming the flight, yet when I returned with the documents to do so they refused and I was pointed to the paid internet corner again. I specificly asked twice for a quiet roomwith twin beds, we were placed right next to the restaurant where people sat on a sofa right next to our door until late night drinking and making noise, in the morning everyone passed our room on high heels towards breakfast. We also got a double bed with one duvet. Room service charged €16 for a cup of tea and a bowl of plain rice, I asked for dry rice but the "chef" wouldn't even bother to strain it so we got a bowl of slimy goo with the rice swimming in it, so disgusting! traveler27 May 2011
4.0 star ratingGood location, beautiful surroundings. Excellent value for money. The hotel was clean and tidy.The service wasn't as 'urgent' as it could have been. I found myself having to get up and get things myself or constantly asking for things when the waiters said they'd get it. It seemed us girls were treated a bit different from the older couples that were there!? Water (500ml) around the pool was €3 so go to the supermarket and stock up!29 May 2012
