3.0 star ratingStaff very friendly. Food not very good and repetitive,but always you can find something to eat. Rooms can never be rated as 4 stars hotels,very old and not maintained. I changed my 2 rooms twice because of the AC not working. Normally i booked for quadruple and triple rooms,but on arrival they gave me double and triple rooms and ti waited for them to add extra beds later. I saw people waiting from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm to get theirrooms. The hotel was complete and very busy. You have to queue for everything. The all inclusive not including the juice for the kids. Something else ,the staff are always loudly arguing and fighting between each others ,clearly because of the workload. Overall it was one of my worst vacations especially because of the rooms quality.JI16 August 2017
