4.5 star ratingGreat hotel in a good location close to shopping district and easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The owners were really lovely and helpful in explaining where things were. We were surprised to arrive at the hotel to find that despite booking through Hotelopia there was no booking made for us - apparently the hotel doesn't even have a contract with this website and it was only lucky that the lovely owners could make room for us. Do not trust this website - Hotelopia is shonky - it appears as if you have made a booking but we arrived to find it didn't exist! The owners tried to find out what was going on by phone and got nowhere. The town was quite booked up and it was only lucky they happened to be able to make room for us at Hotel Carmin - not ideal when you're travelling with young children! Anonymous 08 September 2014
