3.0 star ratinglovely grounds and under cover pool, room spacious, free parking out front, very near beach with beach views.Horrible staff, especially in the dining room, with one or two exceptions, generally unfriendly, rude and indifferent. Short staffed in the bar as well. Not a real spa in the true sense of the word as offers only massages as the treatments and this is outsourced. There is a charge for using the spa facilities, but there are just very basic facilities. Nothing is explained to you when you check in about dining, air con or the spa and no information in the room either - not even directions to where the dining room was or the spa!robinho28 October 2014
