3.5 star ratingthe room was very niceThe room we were told was a superior room, and i paid 61 euros but when i asked to book and extra night i was told the room was 50 with a surcharge of 12 as it was a superior room? and another 18 euros for us to have breakfast. The problem was that when i booked the extra room the man forgot to add the breakfast charge and we were constantly acosted by staff saying that we must pay for our food, and we believed that we had. So we had a small breakfast and left and were followed in to the reception where the receptionist apologised for his mistake but still insisted that we pay more. We were made to feel awful.23 September 2008
3.0 star ratingThe description of the location is far from the truth so much so that after 2 nights I had to change hotels and location and a further cost that I had not budgeted for, thus spoiling my holiday.13 June 2009
4.0 star ratingVery clean and spacious room. Good facilities - nice cool bar and restaurant, pool that's large enough to swim properly in, with plenty of loungers, and lots of tennis courts. Only a few minutes walk to get a tram to town, or up the coast. As the hotel is a 25 minute walk out of town, it's nice and quiet and on a quite spectacular part of the coast line.Room was a bit rough round the edges in places. Chipped tiles and exposed plumbing in the bathroom, and a weird chipped school desk thing instead of a work desk. Food was also a bit disappointing - bread and pastries a bit dry at breakfast, yogurt and milk warm and meats and cheeses not very nice. We tried the hotel restaurant one night, but for the price there are much better options in town,RP18 August 2011

1.5 star ratingthere was nothing positive about this hotelThe rooms are ONLY on the 1st and second floor. "sea views" are not as they are presented. 1st floor rooms are looking at the sea past dirty garages. The pool closes for an hour at 3pm which is very annoying. The staff at the hotel couldn't recommend anywhere locally to eat. There were two cockroaches in our room and the rooms are not anyway close to what they are presented as. We would not recommend anyone to stay here. Ellie 18 June 2015

3.0 star ratingVery clean and new looking decor. Nice quality bed linen, comfy bed apart from it being 2 singles pushed together.Had to pay to upgrade to a room that didn't look directly at a stone wall. No refreshments in the room, again we had to ask and even then we were only given 2 teabags and 2 tiny cartons of milk. No English satellite channels apart from news so it was difficult to unwind after a busy day exploring. The hotel is in the middle of a residential block and we were woken at 06.30 to a dog barking on a neighbouring balcony until about 10am. In the restaurant we were automatically given a set menu and no other choices. Very poor quality food. Breakfast was just a free for all, everyone pushing and shoving and no guidance or help. Staff very unhelpful and rude at times.Kate27 April 2017
5.0 star ratingThis hotel does not look great from outside, but inside is great. We enjoyed the facilities and the staff were so helpful. Nothing was a problem and we also found that we would go again. A walk to the beach but you can get a bus or a taxi but we wanted to loose a few pounds and get fit. Would certainly recommend this hotel and will book again!!I used the gym just need to service the running machine and bikes as they need a bit of attention.Sandip07 May 2017
