5.0 star ratingWe so enjoyed the Hollywood Beach area and Boardwalk on a previous visit to the area we looked for a hotel on this visit. The Hollywood Beach Hotel was the best value and location for an excellent price. We had seen the outside of the hotel before but the rennovations on the inside and historically sensitive upgrades are beautiful and intriguing! Loved the photos from the early decades and the beautiful restored copper ceiling tiles! The service was grand and the driver to the cruise port was as entertaining as any ship's show act!!! We also enjoyed the atmosphere and food at O'Malley's! We brought extra brochures back to give to traveling friends!! Hope to come again sometime!!!19 February 2012

3.0 star ratingLocation: Pretty much right at the beach. Well, we were kind of disappinted after we got there. The Hotel was built in 1926, which is great and was not the matter. But unfortunatly instead of keeping the old flair and restoring it to make it into a special place. Even if it went thru a restoration not to long ago, as the Hotel page says, I could not see it. Whe weired thing about the Hotel is, that there is 2 receptions. Obviously there is 2 different Hotels in one, which makes it really confusing if you try to book it, which we discovered too and did not find out about it until we arrived. The Hotel is located just across the beach which is great and just above an old and run down mall which was probably the place to go in the 70th and 80th. unfortunatly that whole building is run down and not jaust that the whole Hollywood Boardwalk was run down and filthy. The beach is nice, nothing to say, but everything around it is not so nice. Just drive up north a south a bit and it"s much nicer. So we were glad just to sepend only one night in the Hotel. The rooms were ok. Not fancy, somewhat clean but alright. We would not come back and we were kind of disappointed by the so highly recomended Hollywood Beach Boardwalk area.Tink06 June 2013

3.5 star ratingGute Lage, direkt am Strand, Restaurants und Freizeitmöglichkeiten direkt in der UmgebungDas Frühstück könnte um einiges besser sein.Für die Größe des Hotels umständliche Handhabung des Ablaufs beim Frühstück. Das Hotelrestaurant (Club Atlantik) hatte während unseres Aufenthaltes generell geschlossen.Die Hotelbar hatte nur sehr sehr selten geöffnet. Täglich geöffnet hatte nur die vor dem Hotel gelegene Tiki Bar. Allgemein ist das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der zum Hotel gehörende" Ocean Walk " hatte nur einige Geschäfte, alle anderen waren geschlossen oder leer stehend.20 October 2013

1.0 star ratingNothing positive to sayMy room was dirty, the bath looks like it was never cleaned had public hair all over , the shower head had a towel around it to stop it from leaking.let's not talk about the hallways that look like a seen out of a scary movie. This is a very old hotel that is need of remolding. There was a general store that served breakfast or a stand which both had Roaches walking around the food. The employee was rude you When given a complain said oh yes we knon no concern to take care of it. I will never stay there again or tell anyone. Let's not talk about the ppl who lived there (yes this was their residents) the worst place everLinda21 April 2015
