Hotel Information

The resort is situated on Cherating beach - one of the finest beaches on the east coast of Malaysia. It is only 30 minutes from Kuantan Airport.  The complex offers 3 types of accommodation: deluxe rooms, family suites and Malay chalets. There are 122 units in total. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with a hotel safe, a restaurant and conference facilities. Room service is also provided, while guests arriving by car may avail of the parking facilities.  All guest rooms and suites are well-furnished with modern amenities one would expect from an international hotel. In addition to standard amenities, rooms offer a satellite/cable TV, a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol, a sauna and massage treatments. Tennis, table tennis and basketball are also offered.

2.0 star ratingFast checkin. I came at 2.20pm. Check in should be at 3 pm. But customer service can give me room at 2.30pm. I am getting the old room at old building (Sarawak Residence). Customer should called hotel and asked about the room location. Room is too small and toilet also too small. Very noisy. Sound is everywhere. I can hear next room tv and even next room cough also i can hear. azizah28 May 2013
