5.0 star ratingfriendly helpful staff, very quiet surprisingly my personal favorite in kent and i have been to most! zeroalan07 March 2011
4.0 star ratingThere was a decent flat screen TV, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast – included in our very reasonable rate was excellent. The leisure suite was great and we enjoyed making use of it, a super place to relax on returning to the hotel. Our room was on the second floor, and although it contained everything we needed for our stay, the room was incredibly small and cramped and reminded us of an attic room. The ground floor rooms were larger and had more furniture such as two chairs, coffee table and light stand. I despair of hotels who still charge for wifi – that’s just penny pinching! Fox04 May 2011
4.0 star ratingThe breakfast was excellent. We arrived at 7 pm but had to wait to go to our room until 7.30 because the hotel staff had no record of our booking. I gave them the paperwork but they would not confirm the booking until they had made numerous calls to ensure that payment had been made. This in spite of having presented them with the print outs of both the booking and the receipt. We were not impressed and had to arrive late at a function.05 November 2013
We never stayed here because when we turned up you hadn't made the booking. You did put us up in a different hotel but we really could have done without the hassle.sarah martin15 December 2013
