The hotel is located in the center of Noisy-le-Grand in the east of Paris at equidistance of Paris and Disneyland. The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation with an RER train station facing the hotel (Noisy Le Grand Mont d'Est) or by car via the A4 highway. Ideal for business trips or family holidays as guests can reach Paris and Disneyland Paris with ease in 15 minutes by train. Internet access is available in all rooms and hotel areas.

3.0 star ratingBreakfast variation greatFirstly, our booking stated as quadruple room for 4 person. Nothing said it would be 1 double and 1 sofa bed in there. The sofa bed is smaller than normal double bed. It's too small for my 11 & 10 years old (probably will fit only 2 children under 5s). If I knew I would get sofa bed instead of proper 2 double bed then I would def not book. Not sure if this is Hotelopia or hotel fault with misleading advertisements. However, I checked the price value of the room in Hotel website directly before booking in Hotelupia. It should represent the value for family room with 2 double beds. The worst thing is the cleanliness. The toilet in room was really smelly when we checked in. It was really bad and we had to spray lot of perfumes and keep the light on overnight so the ventilation will be on overnight. It helped a lot on 2nd day. They should clear this smell first before let new people checked in. Also, the cleanliness of cups, cutleries and glasses in breakfast restaurant were really bad. 3 days we stayed there and we found glasses with juice residue, cup with coffee marks and cutlery that still sticky with food marks theres. This is unacceptably for such 4 star Holiday inn standard. I saw the restaurant staff actually didn't clear all the thing properly after guess finished breakfast. I found the checked of the glasses looked clean or unused they would just put it upside down and prepared it for other guess. Really disgusting. How could you be sure this glasses haven't been used. People could just used it for water so it looked clean buts still it has been used or touch by dirty hands??? This is why we found our glasses has sticky juice residue inside as it has not been washed??? And waiter just put it up side down and prepared for new guest. I am a keen traveler and has stayed in Holiday inn worldwide many times but this is so fast the worst standard I ever stayed. Will def not coming back.Haneta 31 December 2016
