4.0 star ratingStaff at the reception Staying in different Ramada hotel before, I was a bit dissapointed with the accommodation standards, specially bathroom. It was looking old. You could hear people staying next door. Pages in the information booklet were missing or were more than one copy, means nobody check it for a while.Piotr26 April 2013
4.5 star ratingVery helpful and friendly staff on the front desk. Clean, good quality hotel.Very misleading times given for the walk to Luton Airport Parkway station. The website says a 5 min walk and google maps said 15. In actual fact after speaking to staff it isn't possible to walk to that station in under 45-60 mins as the roads there have no footpaths and the route is much longer and a bus or taxi would be required.16 May 2013
 I was very disappointed that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation was not honoured. I will not be making any more reservations here for this reason.21 June 2013

1.0 star ratingArrived at the hotel to be informed that they were fully booked and they could not understand how I had managed to make the booking on-line. They found me another hotel about 5 miles away which was almost impossible to get to because of roadworks in the center. I eventually got to my room at around 11.45 pm hungry,exhausted and above all very frustrated. I therefore will not be using this facility in the future.Deano14 June 2013

2.5 star ratingThe hotel is well located and close to the airport. There was no hot water in the think, although I mentionned it to the reception nothing was done. My friends room was not cleaned and the bed not made up. (we stayed 2 nights) Morning breakfast: The coffee machine was empty as well as the the orange juice. I can understand that clients are not always behaving in an appropriate way but it would be worth to clean the buffet area. sharm10 March 2015
