3.5 star ratingFound the staff very friendly and helpful, was impressed with the breakfast and the location of the hotelwe were given a disabled room next to the lift. the lift was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. also large number of gymnastic group in the hotel when we were and they were very noisy - rooms needs to have more soundproofing12 May 2011

5.0 star ratingUpon arrival staff greeted us at reception and asked how our day had been. The lady then spoke with my daughter who had told her we had been to CBeebies Land and asked if she had had fun and who her favourites were. The lady was very professional and polite and gave us all the information we needed ie breakfast times, facilities etc. The room was already set up with 2 double beds and was immaculate. Breakfast the following morning was nice with a range of choices for all the family. A pleasant stay, lovely hotel and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning again and have already recommended you to other friends who are going to Alton Towers :-)N/aBradders_8410 July 2014
5.0 star ratingVery comfortable bed, room was spacious and clean with plenty of tea/coffee (top ups available as well from reception area). Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, we were expecting cereals and toast at the most as this was a buffet breakfast included in the price but there was even a hot choice available, muffins, croissants and hot drinks as well as juice. So much better than Premier Inn and good value for money. None (with the exception that there was no loo brush..if you want to be picky!!)Anonymous 21 September 2014
