The receptionist insisted that it wasn't their fault as we had booked via a booking website. He tried ringing a local hotel, but there were no vacancies. A customer standing in the foyer actually found us a B27 November 2013
3.0 star ratingHotel plenty of parking clean central to shopping and train near byBed very uncomfortable breakfast just ok not enough staff (if any) to clean tables we had to sit at a dirty table as did many others this was 9.15 every customer cleared their table of plates etc once finished we sat in reception from 9.45 till 10.25 just as some staff arrived to push away tray trolley but still no tables wiped breakfast had finished at 10amAnonymous 31 December 2014
