3.0 star ratingrestarent staff were good, locality is very convenient, easy to locate, every knows abt this hotelthe day reception staff is very arrogant, first time i saw somuch harsh people in the reception in whole business experience. 1. when i said i want to extrend my stay , they said its from an agent, we cant do, when i checked the rates, the counter rate of the room is arround 30% more than gulf air 2. when i gave the extended detatials on the next day, they said there is data available, then i again logged in and shown the details in my laptop, they agreed, they are not even bothered to say even sorry, the lady was not even talking to me after she found the booking. 3. the man in the counter is even worse, when i asked abt the nearby shopping center, he just turned to the other boy and said write and give and went off the rooms are fitted with dark sun stickers, so no outside views, it was like a jail internet is chargable, fist time in shanghai i found this.03 September 2009
