5.0 star ratingFrom the moment the front desk people smiled at me, I felt very welcome at this hotel. Very easy to find, and parking is a breeze. My reservation was prepaid by internet site Hotelopia, and registration went smoothly. The soaps and natural lotions and potions provided were excellent, no need to carry these things from home (TSA can be a pain about that.) I forgot a corkscrew for my wine bottle, but the barman at the Hub restaurant was pleased to open it. Great room temperature controls, wonderful bathtub. Free high speed internet. Fast printer in the lobby allowed me to print my documents rather than lug heavy paperwork on trains, planes, and automobiles. This hotel is great !!! Visiting Angel25 January 2014
5.0 star ratingVery close to the Garden State Parkway, this is a convenient place to recharge and refresh your travel weary bones. The front desk experience is a pleasure. My fifth floor room was clean, included refrigerator and microwave plus coffee pot. My king bed had four large very soft pillows for comfortable sleeping. I enjoyed the free internet and was able to take my memory stick to the lobby for printing. They gave me a coupon for a free breakfast in the first floor restaurant, which tasted absolutely wonderful, with delightful service from pretty ladies. The night time bar was friendly. The American newspaper USA Today was free, and the hotel gave me oranges and apples to take on my way. time During my stay there was also a large group from China there who seemed to be very happy with the hotel as they received special help with their mountain of luggage. One outstanding person at reception is called Philomena, and I wish to give thanks to this fine lady. What makes this hotel extra special are the many kind thoughtful people who work there.
