4.0 star ratingPool and rooms always clean. Staff were very helpful and the hotel provided pool/beach towels each day. Hotel provided mountain bikes to hire, although not expensive they aren't in great condition. If your looking to party this isn't the place, but its near the beach and very relaxing!Kat coll10 September 2012
4.5 star ratingThe hotel is well located close to the beach, however if one is interested in night life a location close to Alicante city may be better. The staff were fantastic and helpful, especially Eva and Marina at the reception. The quality of the food was good even though the menu is quite limited for main meals. Overall a good experience.Inspite of requesting a double bed almost 2 months in advance, we were given a room with 3 single beds. However it was changed the next day when I spoke to the reception staff. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning for first 2 days of our stay. We could not use it after that as the weather turned chillier. AS08 April 2013
