5.0 star ratingThe Hotel is in a lovely location very close to Larne I have no negative remarks about the the hotel. However when we arrived they only had a booking for one room and single occupancy, I had booked 2 rooms one twin and a double with a cot for a baby. The staff at the hotel very kindly dealt with this as I had my reservation document with proof of my booking so no negatives about the hotel only about the booking!! Beggle24 September 2013
4.5 star ratingWe stayed here for a weekend leisure break and were not disappointed. Arriving at Belfast International airport means that travelling time to the hotel is less than 10 minutes. Although the hotel appeared to be full with at least 2 large coach parties we never felt that they were unable to cope. The room was large enough with everything needed for our stay and public areas were attractive and comfortable too. We ate on 2 evenings in the restaurant and Sunday carvery all of which were good. Breakfasts were included and offered something for everyones taste. We also used the leisure facilities - once again a very pleasant experience - good size pool and comfortable steam room and sauna. The gym looked well equipped although we didn't use it. Very helpful staff made our visit very pleasant indeed. We intend to use this hotel again.renata23 June 2015

2.5 star ratingTwo twin beds pushed together instead of a kingsize bed. Bathroom door didn't close right. Stains on the mattress. Food wasn't great. The breakfast was all deep fried and very greasy. Not great for a Hitlon hotel.Anonymous 01 September 2015

3.5 star ratingVery nice hotel and surroundings. Room was lovely and facilities were very good.Food was pretty poor. Breakfast selection was good but eggs were horrible, hot food wasn't very hot. We got pizza for dinner and it was obvious that it was just a good fellas frozen pizza that was thrown into the oven for 10mins. We were charged £14 for it which is a Complete rip off seeing as it probably cost £2 to buy. If the standard of food increased this hotel would be very good. I'd still recommend the hotel but I'd advise people to not eat in it.Andyg20 October 2015

My disabled wife and I stay here at least once a month,the staff asre super,super people, the breakfast is amazing, Karol the head Chef is a great man, always smiling in the morning, the leisure centre is class,the pool is lovely and warm and very very clean. Take a bow Hilton Templepatrick, your are 1st classnone at all, only problem we have is we have to leave,lol Anonymous 06 November 2015
