4.5 star ratingVery nice hotel in downtown Miami. The room was spacious, and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was lovely, and surprisingly quiet. Free breakfast was decent quality and adequate. Location fine.Free wifi only available in lobby (unless you choose to pay) - this seems outrageous in this day and age and it was interesting to see just how many people were using the lobby for this purpose - so clearly many felt the same about a charge for what is a fairly basic standard requirement for many travellors. Tea/coffee making facilities in room (or else available free on reception) would also have been nice. Alison19 May 2013

5.0 star ratingFirst av all we would like to thank you a lot for our stay!! it was a plasure!! we will write a good review on tripadvisor.com becuase we saw a lot of bad reviews but they dident scare us:)))) we got engaged at the fligth down to Miami and the stay did their best to make our stay the best ever!! 2 of the guys at the breakfast really made a big impression on us! I think it was Gerard and T... something (2 older guys in the greylue shirts picking up dishes). I wrote an letter to the General Manager about this and i really hope that you will take this futher :)nada:)sabina30 May 2013

Staff were exceptional as they were extremely helpful, prompt in dealing with any requests and were extremely friendly and polite. I Was really impressed that staff remembered me by name after only speaking once, considering the size of the hotel and the number of guests staff must interact with each day. Handy location in Downtown Miami with regular bus services to South Beach and north to Aventura Mall.Chrismond25 June 2013

3.5 star rating-Breakfast staff and bell boys helpful and friendly. -American breakfast good. -Great view of downtown and southbeach (our room).-A/C is noisy and wakes you up in the night when auto activated for cooling. -Also unidentified noise from the outside which resulted in a sleepless night. Request for other room was granted and second room was less noisy from the outside.There seemed to be no real understanding at the frontdesk about the noise complaint. Therefore I consider this issue not properly solved. -Rooms need to be renovated to meet the high standard Hilton quality. Complaints were discussed with Front Office manager. Renovation seems to be scheduled for next year. 10 November 2013
