3.5 star ratingExcellent Food and the hotel interior.Far from the city centre abu dhabi (25mins drive). Bad view from the room (overall hotel). Before going to hotel we called many times but no one answered the phone. And when we were in the hotel we had to repeatly dial 2 to 3 times before hotel staff answer the phone. 4.0 star ratingStaff in the buffet section for bfast was very friendly..food options are great! Keep it up:)Check in speed in then reception was poor. Staff reception should be train how to handle arriving guest .no welcoming greetings, no eye contact not even smiling. I'm a guest and I'm the first one to greet them:) try to improve and train them. I'm also working in hospitality industry and all I can say that they really need improvement. Second, make sure that glasses inside the room was washed well.i didn't use the glasses in the washroom because there's still white spots.thankskatho14 September 2015
