1.0 star ratingnone. i booked hotel via hotelopia..got confirmation. breakfast paid. but when i was there,hotel receptionist was so rude that i am disturbing during xmas time. and there is no confirmation.so she will give me a FAVOUR to get me a room without breakfast. room was dirty,bed sheets was awfull,including bathroom was dirty-like public toilets.when i made complaint,nothing could be done as its the only room available ,and money is non refundable. if i want another room have to pay 90 euros extra. will never go to hotel hello and strongly recommend others not to go .and please dont book hotel via hotelopia.Anonymous 30 December 2015
