4.0 star ratingThe staff were friendly and saw to our needs promptly. They were also apologetic for any mishaps that may have occurred. We called to request for teaspoons to be sent up to the room for us to make coffee/tea and they were prompt. They even called to check if we had received it. Excellent job! We will definitely be returning to this hotel again. Upon checking in at the hotel, we had to wait an hour for a smoking room, although it was already requested through our booking. When we got into the room, we noticed small blood stains on the quilt cover and gel like or water stains on the bed sheet. We called for housekeeping to get the sheets changed and my boyfriend was watching. He also noticed more stains on the mattress protector. The staff were very apologetic and changed the sheets and mattress protector for us. Overall though, we had a good night's sleep and a great stay. Anonymous 05 May 2014
4.5 star ratingThe hotel location is good, next to shopping centre and habour. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They provide in room massage, good and value for money. Room is spacious with ladies touch to it. Only the bathroom lock is abit faulty but it is fine since we are both ladies.jane19 June 2014

4.0 star ratingStaff was not efficient when doing the check in. I wanted a double bed then staff say cannot be the same level as my friend. In the end when I got my room the bed was twin. And was inform that they will make it into double bed by the housekeeper but nothing was done till I check out. Always happy about hotel especially the staffs,Pool, think they should restrict guests wearing clothing to be in the pool (think this was my 1st comment too during my 1st visit). Safety, kids were climbing up edges to dive into the pool and this is definitely very dangerous. I know parents should be watching out but trust that the staff could stop any if seen climbing. Gym, hope the mgmt. could look into upgrading the machine. Entertainment, hope there's more inhouse activities for both kids and adults. Pub with pool tables, board games.
