5.0 star ratingThe hotel room we stayed in was very spacious especially in Hong Kong, it was very clean and had a lot of facilities. The staff were very friendly and professional. Location of the hotel is good as it's close to the light rail station and shopping centre which has good amenties such as restaurants, supermarket, convenience and even a dry clean/laundry.For those who want to go out to Central everyday sightseeing then the location of this hotel may not be good for you as you would need to spend at least 40-45 travelling time especially during rush hour. Wi-fi access not being free is a negative especially if you are staying in the hotel for more than 4 nights.StickyRice19 March 2012

5.0 star ratingThe hotel is close to public transport, such as the tram, buses and taxis. It is in a really nice location, even though it is quite a way out from the hum drumb of Hong Kong, but it is very relaxing. There is also lots of shopping and a great big Park n Shop store to get all you need. Would not hesitate to stay there again.The only thing wrong, is that you have to pay for WiFi in your room, other than that cannot fault the hotel.LynneG21 May 2014
