3.5 star ratingCleaners, receptionists, chefs/cooks , managers , tall girl with glasses at the tour desk are lovely and show great customer service Fantastic taxi service - hotel should also supply a shuttle bus to go into town 4 times a day and if you miss it you get a taxi One staff member (tall older woman with glass and limps who is a waitress ) needs to learn how to communicate with guests, I felt intimidated at times and threatened , I did not complain because I feel like she would harasse me, all other waiters are lovely especially the young men and ladies moadquito net had holes Gym outdated Rooms are outdated and need to be revamped , lovely hotel in a fantastic area but needs to be modernised, water sometimes brown Anonymous 10 August 2017
