4.5 star ratingExcellent room with super view - free upgrade. Receptionist (Jerry) could not have been more helpful and inviting - glass of champagne made available as he noticed it was my birthday! Also retrieved item of clothing which I left behind in my room after we had left, which was available for me to collect later in the week.Better selection/choice of evening meal. 3.0 star ratingLovely room overlooking sea! Beach accessible by gate with hotel sun beds. No atmosphere in reception areas, not much going on re entertainment! No English ITV channels or BBC1 to entertain you in room. On first evening we went to dine at 7pm and 1st in dining room. I went to get salad for a starter, and was horrified to find hundreds of flies all over the beetroot salad, I told the staff who told the chef after quite a few minutes it was removed and replaced! This made me feel sick and I continuously watched out for flies on the food every time we dined This spoiled my experience of the hotel as a whole!!!03 November 2012
4.0 star ratingVery good cleanliness and facilities. Being child friendly was good and was a reason why we chose this hotel.. However some of the guests were not. I suggest they choose a different hotel! Maybe adult only, especially the French. We enjoyed the stay and the location was lovely from room 554. On occasions some staff made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. Bu this was balanced out by the excellent service of The desk staffAnonymous 14 June 2015
