2.5 star ratingCustomer Service Was ok... Staff willing to help... Be warned some were not so nice! Always Clean RoomRoom I felt was for 2 half star hotel to much money for quality of room... Your next to a Casino so expect late sleep. TV Channels did not work. Bulbs never replaced even though I asked reception 20 times I CANNOT SEE IN THE DARK! Slow Bar Service so be warned... Its a case of if the staff likes you he/she will serve you. Mac04 July 2009
5.0 star ratingvery pleased, as good as when I stayed there 20 years ago. There were 3 guests & at check in they advised us we had been upgraded to a suite which was a lovely gesture. I could not get the safe to work (my own fault) & the hotel sent someone up straight away & it was the same when our hairdryer packed up the maintenance man came & fixed it immediately - absolute first class guest relations. I have travelled alot as I am in the travel industry & this is by far better than many 5 star hotels. We will definately return.No negatives03 October 2009

4.0 star ratingLovely hotel in ideal location to visit the Marina at Puerto Banus. Cannot fault the hotel. Group of 4 visiting to celebrate special birthdays. Allocated inconnecting rooms which was perfect. Hotel is spot less Only negative is that you have to go through a subway to get to the beach 25 May 2013
