5.0 star ratingThey did not put us in a twin room as booked nor was the breakfast noted as booked. They were to bring a fold away bed for the first night but didn't. After a long 20 hour trip, not a good start but they absolutely made up with it all by upgrading us and the service and room was perfect for the rest of our stay. Appreciated!!RS30 May 2016
