4.5 star ratingI loved this hotel, the location was excellent, the view I had was great. The staff were fantastic - honestly we had such a laugh I am already planning to go back. The staff were attentive and very helpful - we often cracked jokes as my group were rather inquisitive and sometimes indecisive but the staff remained patient and willing to help. The weather was unfortunately cold so we could not swim in the outdoor pool which looked gorgeous but the hotel conveniently had a heated indoor pool and heated Jacuzzi which was perfect. The steam room had a beautiful ceiling and the sauna worked perfectly. The breakfast was fantastic with a great range. My favourite part of breakfast was the freshly made omelettes with filling of your choice, the lady was great in taking orders and smiled always (I like my eggs very well done and she patiently cooked mine despite the queues). On our first night (Wednesday) there was live entertainment - a lady singing fabulously all the songs we know and love. When we came into the room she acknowledged my group and immediately put on music that she felt would be our taste and she wasn't wrong - she definitely hit the spot - she was fantastic it was a great night. The rooms were cleaned daily and every time they made the beds they left a piece of chocolate on the cover, which was a lovely touch. There was a complimentary bottle of water and fruits which again was greatly appreciated. My group and I also enjoyed the Aqua Zumba - The instructor was great and very nice. I thought the staff, hotel and location was perfect - I am so pleased and grateful to all the staff for their hospitality towards my group.
