3.0 star ratingWe had been upgrade to 4 bedrooms penthouse as we booked 2 bedrooms 2 units. Our children enjoyed splash jungle very much.Breakfast was not the same quality as we had before. We were told to go to Thai restaurant outlet for breakfast as there were so many guests in the normal place. No selection of eggs, just pan fried one and surprisingly the eggs was run out...I never been to any hotel that ran out eggs during breakfast time. Other food was horrible if the hotel claiming themselves as a five stars hotel. I was satisfied with my first visit last year but not this time.Tom06 May 2015

1.0 star ratingNoneI order mear from room service is incredible! I am waiting my order only one dish in 1 hour and the test of the food very bad. Check in process is very long time i am watching about 1 hour to get the room. The facilities in the room are unserviceable i tried to use CD machine but is unserviceable. Then i had called to inform staff since 1530 PM and i get a new one at 20:30 PM. This is a third time to stay at here but nothing improved in this place.Anonymous 30 July 2016
