This beach hotel enjoys a great location in the peaceful resort town of Santa Maria. 2.0 star rating		Presumably the negative reviews dont get shown then. Will just do on trip advisor then. I seriously think you have a nerve asking me to review a hotel that i booked and paid for in full months ago for 3 nights, and then on arrival find out I have been shifted to some private villas a mile along the road with none of the same standard of facilities!!! Los Pinos I belive as the hotel was full. Point 1, I was not advised in advance Point 2, none of the check in staff gave a damn about how upset I was to be moved there on my own.WHY ME???? They said I would be moved back on day 2 but then that day I was told the hotel was still full. I was a singe woman, do you seriously think I was happy to be stuck in a villa on my own with nothing to talk to other than the walls....oh		06 December 2010

4.0 star rating	Location by the beach, Staff solved problems immediately, Dedicated bus to Havana.	Chefs need to be educated about how to treat raw chicken. The same tools where used in the raw-chicken bowl and then directly to serve cooked fish or other fried food.		22 July 2012
3.0 star rating	There is such a beautiful beach. There was enough food in all three buffet sessions. There was also plenty to drink. Receptionist are very kind, and aside whole other people (from Cuba), they do not claim for charity. I did not try the pool, water was so cool. It has a refrigerator on each room and little balcony.	Spectacle and food was kind of the same over and over again. Not in the hotel, but in nearby areas plenty Jejen; you been advice [use some repellant]. Internet access is too expensive, as well as medical assistance 60 CUC just for the consult. Be aware of scammers.	Christian-CRG	04 December 2012
4.0 star rating	Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. A really affordable hotel on a beautiful, clean beach. Rooms were clean. Having a small fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed the large balcony. The shuttle bus three times daily to Havanna was great.	This is Cuba...... so the food was ordinary, very plain, and the hotel was shabby with the rooms in need of painting and new furniture.		21 November 2012
2.5 star rating	right on the beach 'special' restaurants were nice (included in all inclusive but you had to book) entertainment staff seemed to make an effort we booked this for a few days relaxing by the pool after travelling around, it was nice and quiet like we wanted	bar staff weren't friendly and didn't make you feel welcome everything was looking quite tired and dirty general buffet food wasn't great	Emma W	20 March 2013

1.0 star rating	I can not even find at leat one good thing, guys. You have to be closed.	To be precise, let consider that there are no elevator, no hair dry (even to borrow), the swimming pool has broken bottom and it is never cleaned, no internet, plenty of insects, pillow is so small, tiny and knobby that it seems to be made of couple of socks - you will definitely enjoy your neck ache at morning, nothing to drink but rum and mochito, nothing to eat but eggs. All the abovsaid is called there proudly- "all inclusive". But, it is ALL EXclusive in fact. The only one good thing - free bus shuttle to Havana 2 times a day - believe me, you will wait it badly to escape.	Tourist 2014	25 January 2015
