3.0 star ratingIf you love to enjoy Bandung by walking to nearest public spot, you can stay here. Breakfast very good. Love it.Wifi is very poor, room is not very clear. If there's any event at ballroom, yes you can hear it from your room. Maybe due to we came there on peak season, check in process take a long time for one of our room (we book 3 room with different agent). We book for double, but they gave us twin for ALL rooms. When we complain, the receptionist inform us if she already confirm to me when check in if only twin bed available. I thought she said for queen not twin. Because she's not speak so clearly. And I believe she's not check for our prevous query for all room. After all, they upgrade one of our room to deluxe around 5PM and sent compliment cake for free. Happy? Not really. Because there was technician working to fix air conditioner on 6AM which surprising us with sound from the ceiling.when we come back from breakfast and open the room, there was water behind the door. It's coming from the aircond above the door.Really upset because my daughter slip because of that. Normal rate printed in their flyer are really over price Prefer to book another hotel for the next.Anonymous 11 October 2015
2.0 star ratingStaff generally helpfulSagging room toilet door sagged and cannot close, was not fixed even on the day of check out. Air-conditioner was not effective Maids come to clean the room but did not replace fresh towels after removing the soiled one. Taxis outside hotel are daylight robbers as they operate without meters. I have to get hotel staff to book metered Golden bird or AA taxis and I have to board the taxis at the basement carpark as I was told these taxis cannot pick up passengers at the hotel driveway. Buffet breakfast need improvement as the buffet spread looked unappetizing and lack choice. Service staff need more training to manage the guest Thom02 June 2013

2.0 star ratingHotel is badly run down! Need a major renovation. Booked 3 rooms. Room 1 - aircon not working and was given industrial fan to survive for 1 night as rooms are fully booked. Then tap for shower dropped and could not fixed it. My aunts ended up showing with hand spray for toilet use which is super cold. Room 2 - electronic door and shower tap faulty. Room 3 - shower tap and safety box faulty. All rooms have dirty carpet, bedsheet looks dirty and towel is smelly. No initiative from staff to change the rooms for us until one of us have to call the management down. Bandung is beautiful but definitely not coming back to this hotel until they renovate it.Anonymous 03 December 2015
