The complex is set on a hilltop overlooking Alanya and the Mediterranean Sea. Located in a rural setting with spectacular views, the local town of Mahmutlar is just 2 km away and Antalya Airport is roughly 140 km from the hotel. An on-site shopping centre, small cinema or an atmospheric Irish pub are all there for guests to enjoy. Leisure options like a revolving rooftop bar or a visit to the hotels' private beach guarantee a memorable stay. The deluxe standard rooms are stylishly decorated with carpeted floors and plush fittings. All have a balcony and individually regulated air conditioning. Each room surprises guests with private amenities including a Jacuzzi. The complex has a wide range of entertainment facilities including a SPA Centre, a sports complex and 6 swimming pools, tempting guests to a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.

4.0 star ratingThe food itself was really really nice, good tasting and not as dull as we have experienced before in all inclusive hotels. The location and the view from the hotel was fantastic too. I also found the staff to be much better in english then I had gotten the impression off from other reviews, in fact there was only two people during our complete stay that didn't talk english that well (the cleaning lady and one of the servants that took away dishes from the tables). I would definitely recommend this hotel since we had a very nice stay (even if we don't consider this to be a 5 star hotel)I would certainly not rate it a 5 star hotel since there were many things that was broken or in need of restoration. For exampel lost pain on the walls, 2 out of 5 heated marble beds were working, the steam sauna was out of order, Under a bridge that crossed the pools there was broken wooden planks that you had to avoid when going under the bridge. There are tons of these kind of things and since we came here at the start of the high season then you would expect that these kind of things would have been fixed during the low season. Also there were long queues to the beverages during the dinners due to the fact that they didn't place out the regular soda machines (coca cola etc) so people could serve themself, instead you had to queue to ONE bar to get a glass of coca cola. Things like this certainly doesn't give the impression of a 5-star hotel and I would only rate it a 4 star hotel. Also they fail to utilize the two most amazing locations they have on the hotel which are the rooftop bar and the terrace with a waterfall where the tables and chairs are put into the shallow water pool so you can sit there. During our stay they didn't serve any beverages at the rooftop bar except for on a saturday and no beverages/food at the terrace. Since these are the two locations that we found to be really cool and unique then it's sad that they were pretty empty of people since there was nothing to do at the locations themselfMicke18 June 2013

5.0 star ratingVi bodde 20 dager i en villa og er veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Til lunsj så blir maten servert, til middag så blir drikken servert. Enkelt å få bord ute ved bassenget. Flott vannpark, nydelig utsikt og nesten alltid en fin bris. Gode treningsforhold. Gratis buss ned til hotellets strand og 1euro til Alanya.Dyrt wifi 40euro pr uke til kun 1 enhet, og dårlig dekning. Vi booket villa med 2soverom men fikk kun 1 soverom, men det var Hotelopia sin feil. Hotellet var utsolgt så vi fikk ikke endret det. Stig 27 July 2014

4.5 star ratingAllt är så bra med hotellet. Mat är väldigt god både för barn som vuxna. Badpassängen super bra. Du behöver inte gå ut från hotellet. Allt finns här. Mkt fina utsikter. Hav, berg osv70 % av personal är inte så glada. Om du kommer från arab land tar dem gärna de som kommer från Europa före i kö. 2.0 star ratingPersonalen är jätte otrevliga och oprofessionella. Vi hade bokat transfers genom hotellet både till och från flygplatsen. Vi skulle åka hem förrigår kl 23 skulle flyget lyfta oh vi hade fått information om att vi måste medela hotellet 24h innan vi måste ta bussen till flygplatsen. När jag går till hotell receptionen och ber dom att kontakta bussbolaget för bekräftelse så ber dom mig att komma tillbaka efter en halvtimme och så höll dom på fram till kl blev 00 på natten. Då säger dom "ni måste gå upp och packa era väskor nu för ert flyg har ändrats och den lyfter 03 istället" så vi Fuck panik och fixade väskorna för att åka iväg. När vi kommer fram till flygplatsen erövrar flygbolaget efter många om och men att flyget inte har ändrats. Så med andra ord står vi där kl 02 medan vårt flyg lyfter kl 23 samma dag, alltså Fuck vi vönta i 18 timmar på flygplatsen. Allt detta gjorde dom bara för att de inte ville åka fram och tillbaka från antalya till Alanya utan passade på att ta med oss i samma buss som andra resenärer som hade ett flyg kl 03. Hur kan man lura någon så grovt bara för en vägdistans?? Sämsta personalen någonsin! Ett stort tips, åk inte till detta hotell i framtiden!
