5.0 star ratingI was impressed with the professionalism attitude and approach of its hotel staff especially I want to give a special mention and accolades to both its Duty Manager Pak Mastor and the Hotel's Room Division Manager Mr. Zulkifli for the well deserved recognition from me and my family for making our stay at GH UNIVERSAL a happy and memorable stay at the hotel. On the 2nd day of my stay, when I discovered that the hotel had their gym equipments in the Fitness Centre were out of sevice, I complained to its Duty manager, Pak Mastor of my disbelief and unhappiness as to the state of the gym since I had decided to book a room at this hotel for 4 nights through Hotelopia due to one of the reason was that it showed that it had a fitness centre with well equip gym facilities. Pak Mastor was very attentive and sensitive to my complaints and he handled my complaints with due diligence and professionalism which I really appreciated. He then reported to the hotel's Room Division Manager Mr Zulkifli about my situation that particular morning and immediately after that I was met by Mr Zulkifli who was very professional and considerate to understand my situation and he offered an alternative solution to my complain which I have never ever expected. He got me and my family to upgrade our room to a Queen Suite and offered me to be chauffer driven to Sheraton Hotel every morning during my stay to do my fitness workout there at Sheraton together with breakfast there. This was simply "AWESOME" and my family really was very impressed and appreciated to the GH sincerity and kindness to make our stay in the hotel a memorable one. We had many good things to say about this hotel and its staff to our friends and relatives after this. They represented a perfect example of what an excellent hotel should be. Kudos to them with its kind and caring staffs that had made my stay with my family in GH UNIVERSAL a "perfect HOLIDAY" Thank you and may God Bless u all.Gym Facilities - Not available at hotelOmar17 June 2014
