4.5 star ratingClean, big room, comfortable, nice view, sweet service. Perfect quality of facility.too expensive...except the price of room, you still have to pay for "Park Entrance" and transfer boat fee, it's not a small number. And also there's no other store nor restaurant on the island, that means you have to eat your lunch and dinner on the island, which cost around 100 MYR per person, and foods are so so. I planned to have omakase as dinner, which is Japanese style meals, but I was told that it charges 200 MYR per person, it's much over my budget, so I give up. The one upset me most, I expect the dinner buffet, but perhaps there's not enough visitors, so they just offer meals, and again, foods are so so. I can't find much information on the website, like price of meals, price of extra charge...so I can't plan my tour very well. I hope they can be improved. There's one more thing, rather than choosing Bayu Villa, I pay extra money to choose Canopy villa, but, but!!! there's no ocean view!!! If you go to their websites, you'll see perfect ocean view on the picture. But when I walk out of room, I can see only forest. To be honest, it really really upset me. I'm very disappointed...I mean, are you kidding me? I see so many beautiful pictures on the internet, but they are all fake, when I stepped in the room, my dream vanished...so sad...Issac05 May 2016
3.0 star ratingGreat location, view and most of the staff were really lovely. The food was pretty terrible, the hike you have to get to your room along a horrid cement road and the swimming pool is falling apart. Anonymous 22 February 2016
