2.5 star ratingI asked for a quite room and was initially given one on the lowest floor opposite a kind of night club. The porter broke my safe on arrival and it wasn't changed until the next day. When I was shown to use the safe in the office, a variety of people, including tuk tuk drivers were walking in and out. I carried my valuables out with me all night. I had to argue next day to get a changed safe. The breakfast was horrendous. Undercooked eggs, 1 tiny piece of overcooked bacon and toast at least two days old. It was completely inedible. 3 star hotels usually offer a buffet. This is certainly not a 3 star hotel. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.
