5.0 star ratingSaima is an exceptionally helpful staff at the reception.Concierge staffs could have been more responsive: We left our luggage at the concierge to go for a walk in town because we still have about an hour before we have to go to the airport. When we are back there's no one at the concierge that could find a luggage. The staff that is responsible did not return until 15 mins later and left us and the taxi driver waiting at the door and we have a plane to catch.10 October 2012
