3.5 star ratingLovely room. Clean pool area. Nice staff. Gorgeous view from pool and room. Facilities were there (please see below)There were plenty of facilities but these were not maintained. Equipment in gym - nearly all broken. Jacuzzi - showers broken in the ladies changing. Playroom - large and airy but again carpet torn. With some TLC this could be such a beautiful place. Our waitress at breakfast had a torn under the arm shirt on all the time we were there (although she was a lovely girl all it needed was mending) All these little things just needed chasing up.Kelly from Basingstoke28 May 2009
