2.5 star rating	The quiet location near the river was relaxing.	Paying a $10 deposit to use the room safe is ridiculous. I haven't encountered that anywhere else. The shop did not open on time unless a tour group had already arrived. Restaurant service was not great; security staff didn't give me much space. No taxis are ever available. I booked here as it was slightly closer to Topes de Collantes, but I still had to walk 1.5 kms to town to get a cab. None of the services and events posted actually exist; multiple guidebooks say there are boat excursions on the river, horseback riding, evening cultural shows, and the opportunity to book trips to Topes de Collantes right at the facility. None of that was available. The place was geared heavily toward Eastern European tourists. Did I really fly to Cuba to hear Polish accordian music? eesh.	4veces	06 January 2011
3.5 star rating	Food was nice (no buffet evening and breakfast). But service was a bit slow.	The rooms in the cabanas are very little. You need a moskito net. We had about 40 moskitos in the bathroom and another 20-30 in the room. Fortunately we brought our own moskito net, otherwise we could not have sleeped (we like to sleep with open windows).	daniq	28 December 2011
4.5 star rating	Very nice staff. We recomend the horse ride up to the water falls where you can have a swim. Good price and takes most of the day.....	As with most places in Cuba hot water not always available but you get used to it because of the hot weather.	weevy	06 February 2012

1.0 star rating		I left the Hotel two hours after checking in, losing my 2 nights pre pay. There was no toilet paper or soap. The shower curtain was filthy. The air conditioner sounded like a train, Then the security guards attempted not to let me leave the property, as they firstly had to check the "mini bar", which had two cans of beer! In thirty years of travel, the worst hotel I have ever been in!!	Anonymous	12 April 2014
