4.5 star ratingTypical of any large 5-star hotel who caters to groups. A large property with banquet and group facilities. The guest rooms were very nice.The hotel has lost it's "Magic" of 10 years ago. Service quality is definately not as good. No bed turndown service, foot mats or other "special" little services. Maid service was slow. Not a deal breaker but if you want something you have to ask for it. Pool area...frozen drinks are $12 each. Unless you are on an expense account watch out for the hidden expenses.San Diego sun seeker07 September 2011
