4.0 star ratingNice, modern, comfortable rooms. Easy parking in the area. Did not use the bar but it looked nice.The receptionist when we checked in was completely unprofessional. She ignored us for 15minutes when we arrived while speaking on the phone. Ok I get it she was busy, but usually the receptionist can smile or nod to acknowledge the guest. She just kept talking like we were invisible. Hurried and unprofessional check -in. I gave her my business card (I work in the industry and I know hotel usually use them for networking or just for their files) and she didn't know what to do with it. She looked at it and gave it back to me. I was speechless.AM B05 October 2013
