2.0 star ratingThe only positive about this hotel are the people except for their manager who gave our room away to,other people. Walked inside the hotel to check- in after a 12 long hour trip from Manila and was greeted by the Manager who told us that the hotel is booked up. How can a room, booked and paid for 2 weeks ago, be given away to someone else ???? We then escorted to another hotel which was not equivalent and so much cheaper from the rooms we booked. Where is the respect here? The 90$ Room per night that I paid for was uncomparable to the 11$ a night room that we got transferred. The worst part was the 3 rooms I booked (2 suite and one deluxe) was not given to us the next day, instead we got 1 single, one deluxe and 1 suite. We had no choicembecause the whole town of Baguio was packed with people looking for rooms and had we said no we would have slept outside the street, but the hotel manager doesn't have morals !!!!,Anonymous 03 January 2015
2.5 star ratingStaff were polite except there was dishonesty and mismanagement with my booking. It was a peak season, being Christmas Holiday period that every single person from Manila was in Baguio. What I could not hardly believed was I made the booking online a week ago, when upon arrival, the Manager (Male) approach us and was apologetic saying that the hotel was fully booked !!!!!! HOW CAN IT BE WHEN YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT IN ADVANCE !!!. SO THEN, he politely lead us to another hotel (which was a downgrade from their hotel) saying that he pre-booked us rooms for the night. Later I found out that the amount I paid for the rooms (3 rooms) and they were not ordinary rooms, were not equivalent to the room we got transferred into to stay overnight. It was indeed a shitty and shabby room which was just one third of the amount I paid for my original booking with Eurotel. This was a terrible experience and should have never been allowed !!!!! I wonder if the owner of this hotel is aware of this incident. I am tempted to write a letter to the owner but I think I will probably be wasting my time. Mr Disappointed31 January 2015
