4.5 star ratingFrom our first impressions to when we left, we were very happy (except where mentioned below). The staff for the most part were friendly and accommodating. The facilities in and out of the room were spectacular, we were very comfortable. We only had breakfast, but this was lovely. We were accosted on 2 occasions (on the same day) by what we assume was some sort of pool attendant. On the first occasion, we had our sunbeds on a section of concrete where to the left and to the right were similar areas with sunbeds on them, and there was no sign asking us not to put sunbeds there. The pool attendant approached us shouting in Spanish, when we said we didn't speak Spanish, he eventually spoke perfect English. He told us hat we weren't to put beds there and when we asked how were to know this, he resorted to shouting in Spanish again. On a second occasion, we had put blue sunbeds where red sunbeds were to go, he was just as rude again shouting in Spanish. It appeared he had not been told he was working in a holiday resort, and thought perhaps he was in a Bootcamp or similar. He was an unwelcome contrast to the otherwise lovely staff and surroundings.
