1.5 star ratingnear to the tube.it was a disaster, no hot water, no heating, the room was freezing, towels haven't been changed, Breakfast was very poor, staff not friendly, no tea or coffe in the room, i had to go to thr recieption to collect a very old smelly kettel, bed sheets haven't been changed18 October 2009
1.0 star ratingNone except for the proximity of Clapham South underground station. Our double room, which was in an annexe and could only be reached by a side entrance outside, was so small there wasn't even a cupboard to hang coats. The 'bathroom' was even worse: not even a shaving point, nowhere to put your toilet things on. On returning to our room in the evening the wet towel was still lying on the floor. "Breakfast" was a pathetic affair where a sulky waitress smacked a bowl and cutlery on our table (if we managed to find a vacant one) and then we had to queue to make our own toast. Even the instant coffee was virtually undrinkable. 'Breakfast' times were only from 0700 till 0900. Staff were generally inefficient and sulky.01 January 2010

3.0 star ratingSouth Clapham station is quite near, and the staff were friendly. The beds were uncomfortable, so much so that I had to by painkillers during my trip. The shower was dangerous to get in and out of, and it only had two settings; freezing and boiling. 15 December 2010
3.0 star ratingSmall room and a little grubby but good value for money. For the price it's just fine.15 March 2011
