The luxurious newly built Emerald villa is situated west of the town Chania, at a distance of approximately 22 kilometers, in the Rapaniana area. The villa,built of stone, is literally on the sea shore and have direct access to the beach. Villa has half an acre of private garden and is no more than 50 meters from the beach. Its architectural style respects the Cretan aesthetics, tradition and the environment with no compromise in comfort and luxury. The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool ( 40 sq.m. ). Villa has a hydro massage and lovely comfortable sunbathing areas. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue. The interior of the villa comprises of three floors. On the ground level there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with a private bath room and balcony. The balconies have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the basement there is a third bedroom with bathroom, balcony and a play room (this room has no windows), which can be used as a fourth bedroom if needed.
